[Hiring] Installation Associate @NCR Atleos

Role Description

• Support and troubleshoot technical IT issues.
• Assist in replacing laptops for users.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and MS Office 365.
• OS installation, image installation, and OS configuration.
• Knowledge of OneDrive and its features.
• Handling ticketing tools (SNOW preferable).
• BitLocker knowledge, including how to reset passwords.
• Knowledge of mobility device installation (e.g., Tablet, MacBook, iPad).
• Network printer installation and L1 support.
• Knowledge of FPC (Functional PC) features.
• VIP user support, including logging calls manually for VIP users.
• Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating workflow and multiple tickets/tasks.
• Knowledge of SafeCom print management and network printers.
