Role Description

BMA is seeking an Infrastructure Application and Database SME to join our team supporting our AMPS program. This is a fully remote role.

• Provides expert support, analysis, and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter.
• Serves as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives.
• Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills.
• Has a strong command of the English language.
• Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
• Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
• Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions that are highly innovative and ingenious.
• Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives.
• Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
• Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product.
• Provides IT services in multiple technical areas (e.g., Information Systems Architecture, Implementation, Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering) or a specific functional area (e.g., Identity and Access Management, Identity Analytics, Identity Governance).
• Administers, implements, sustains, and troubleshoots Oracle Database, SOA, SSO/OAM, OIM, OBIEE, and OAC.
• Provides technical writing to ensure all reports and deliverables are delivered with timeliness and quality to the government.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience.
• Have supported DoD or Federal Oracle Identity products on an OIM, OAM, SOA based platform 12c or higher.
• Has a strong command of the English language.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) prior to onboarding.

• Experience with DLA.
