[Hiring] Information Systems Security / Vulnerability Assessment Analyst @Alpha Omega Integration

Role Description

Alpha Omega is seeking a qualified Information System Security/Vulnerability Assessment Analyst in support of our NETC Cyber customer. In this role, this individual will be responsible for software security, including:

• Designing, implementing, and managing security policies
• RMF processes
• Vulnerability remediation
• Compliance activities

The analyst must be capable of working independently while supporting complex security initiatives, troubleshooting moderate-level issues, and guiding junior team members in secure system operations and risk management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Navy and DoD Cyber vulnerability assessment and security tools, including ACAS
• 3+ years of experience with Cyber vulnerability remediation and Cyber risk analysis
• 1+ years of experience with DoD security technical implementation guidelines (STIG) and Security Readiness Guidelines (SRGs)
• 8+ years of professional work experience (inclusive of aforementioned tech experience)
• HS diploma or GED
• DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Certification (minimum of CompTIA Security+ certification)

Requirements

• Experience with VMware, Cisco networking or switching devices, networks architecture, databases, TCP/IP, or VLANs
• Experience with VRAM and eMASS
• Experience with the US Navy
