[Hiring] IAM Analyst @MGM Resorts International

Role Description

The Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for executing, administering, and providing operational support for MGMRI information security Identity and Access functions and its supporting systems (HRMS, Gaming, SOX, and PCI applications). This team member will need to demonstrate technical SME knowledge, drive, and agility within the IAM team.

• Strong knowledge of identity services, RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO & related standards (e.g. SAML, OAUTH, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, etc.)
• Experience with IAM products like SailPoint IIQ, BeyondTrust Password Safe EPM, OKTA, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
• Coordinate and communicate with all levels of MGM RI business, Project Management Office, and Information Technology teams to execute automated access provisioning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems.
• Familiarity with SailPoint is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in analytical skills and intermediate-level expertise in Excel.

Requirements

• Contribute key inputs to the strategy MGMRI will follow to achieve a robust and leading identity management program.
• Architect, build, test, deploy, and monitor MGMRI’s IAM systems in SailPoint.
• Assess requirements for Identity and Access Management solutions to meet stakeholders' needs.
• Support building technical and non-technical processes, policies, and standards that reflect security best practices and minimize MGMRI's security risks.
• Build and maintain mutual trust with key stakeholders in the company, such as Engineering, Compliance, IT, and HR.
• Act as a key technical resource in the IAM space for the organization.
