[Hiring] Engineer, IT (ServiceNow Administrator) @Builders FirstSource

Role Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Certified Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform day-to-day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow application. You will work with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment, automated workflows through ServiceNow Service Catalogs and key ITIL processes like Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and other modules.

• This role will be responsible for the general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
• Coordinate application and platform upgrades, load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Run reports, configure service level agreements (SLAs), and perform instance branding and customization.
• Manage CMDB health by using Discovery (or equivalent methods) to support Assets and Configuration.
• Create and maintain process and knowledge documentation for team and users.
• Improve business processes and manage continuous improvement projects.
• Analyze the current environment and propose automation whenever possible.
• Maintain Service Catalog.
• Troubleshoot issues for staff and customers.
• Work with ServiceNow support team to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Computer Science or related field and three (3) years' experience.
• ServiceNow Certification.
• Must have SME knowledge level in ITSM, HR, Source-to-Pay, and ITIL.
• Communication skills to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Flexible schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• ServiceNow- Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• ITIL Foundation.
• Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs.
