• Lead and manage teams of IT associates.

• Identify priorities as well as provide the direction for completing tasks on time.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Generally 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity.
• 12+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technology Strategy, or related leadership roles.
• 3+ years leading architecture teams, governance functions, or cross-functional technology organizations at the Director or Senior Management level.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven success developing enterprise technology strategies, target-state architectures, business cases, and multi-year roadmaps that align technology investments with business objectives.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture disciplines including business, application, data, infrastructure, security, integration, cloud, and AI architecture.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, ArchiMate, COBIT, NIST, or similar methodologies.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Azure cloud platforms, enterprise integration architectures, APIs, event-driven solutions, and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Experience architecting modern data, analytics, and AI platforms, including data governance, AI governance, automation, machine learning, and responsible AI adoption.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence executives, business leaders, and technology teams in a matrixed environment.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
