Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based Remote.

Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand their hiring priorities and drive recruiting efforts
Own full-cycle recruiting for Technical positions, driving hiring strategy and world-class candidate experience
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to assessing Technical skills, offer negotiations in collaboration with hiring managers
Consistently generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives across various sourcing channels
Work closely with cross-functional teams like People Ops, Onboarding, Finance to deliver a holistic and high-quality candidate experience

Qualifications

3-5+ years of Technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment including in-house experience
Familiarity with various technical roles (eg. Software engineers, Data Scientists, ML Operations) and an understanding of basic technical concepts
A passion for building teams and delivering excellent candidate experience
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and social media channels
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
