Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting AI and tech candidates for high-demand roles. This role requires someone who has a deep understanding of the AI and tech landscape, especially around AI-driven solutions, and has proven experience sourcing and recruiting top talent in this space. Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential for communication with local and global talent pools.
Responsibilities
- Own the recruitment process for AI and technical positions, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Work closely with hiring managers and engineering teams to understand technical hiring needs.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract AI, machine learning, and relevant technical talent.
- Engage with candidates through direct outreach, job postings, and networking channels.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and maintain an up-to-date database of candidates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting AI, machine learning, and tech talent in the Chinese market.
- A deep understanding of the skills and technologies involved in AI development (e.g., machine learning, NLP, computer vision).
- Fluency in both Chinese and English for effective communication across different regions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global tech environment with high-volume recruitment needs.
- Knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, niche job boards, and AI-specific communities.
