Role Description
We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent to support our rapid growth. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing and hiring skilled professionals for our technical, operations, and corporate teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring SSA continues to hire the very best in the market.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Identify and engage top candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
- Effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for non-English speakers.
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand team needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and professional hiring process, keeping candidates engaged and informed.
- Represent SSA at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate hiring records and ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- 1+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) preferred.
- Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
- Ability to manage and recruit multiple positions at one time.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Highly organized with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
