Role Description
At Healf, we’re on a mission to build a high-performance team that drives our vision of holistic health and wellbeing. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you’ll play a key role in:
- Sourcing top talent
- Documenting and refining our recruitment processes
- Improving how we track hiring performance
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both hands-on sourcing and optimising hiring operations to drive efficiency and scalability in a fast-growing startup. If you have recruitment experience , great—but if you have a knack for figuring things out , optimising processes, and working with data, we’d love to hear from you!
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment within a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Strong documentation and process-building skills
- Analytical mindset, comfortable tracking recruitment data, identifying trends, and optimising hiring metrics
- High sense of ownership—proactively plans, takes initiative, and drives results without needing close supervision
- Ability to quickly adapt to Healf’s hiring approach
- Passion for people and talent acquisition
- Strong understanding and keen interest in the e-commerce industry
Requirements
- OR a strong ability to figure things out, analyse data, and improve processes, even if you haven't worked in recruitment before
- Ability to connect the right talent to the right roles
