Role Description
The role involves delivering best in class recruiting services to meet the demand of our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, which is experiencing significant growth in hiring activities.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Support and guide hiring managers
- Manage hiring experience while ensuring we secure the best talent
- Partner on workforce planning and strategic direction of hiring through data and insights
- Proactively develop talent pipeline to support future hiring needs
- Produce regular recruitment updates
- Support colleagues in the wider EMEA region on operational projects
You will demonstrate experience and knowledge in:
- Hiring for the Central European market (Germany preferred)
- Sourcing talent through a research-based approach
- Selling the story and vision of the company and engaging talent
- Forging strong working relationships with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership
- Identifying and removing barriers to successful delivery
- Adapting to changes as the business evolves through strong organizational skills and agility
- Leveraging data to influence staff/hiring decisions
You are fluent in both English and German.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition for the Central European market
- Fluency in English and German
