Role Description
This role involves sourcing and engaging with top-tier talent across non-technical roles.
- Source and engage with talent using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other innovative methods.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and long-term goals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, qualifications, and alignment with company culture.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, sharing a compelling brand story to attract high-quality talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Greenhouse.
- Provide actionable insights by compiling and analyzing hiring metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing creative solutions.
- Participate in regular hiring team syncs to share pipeline updates, insights, and candidate progress.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with expertise in identifying and attracting marketing and corporate talent.
- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications, both technically and culturally.
- Proven success in building trusted relationships with hiring teams, acting as a strategic partner in the recruitment process.
- Experience contributing to talent acquisition projects or initiatives that have driven impactful results.
- Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments effectively.
- A proactive and resourceful team player who thrives in solving complex hiring challenges.

- This position may require sports betting licensure based on certain state regulations.
