Role Description

This role focuses primarily on end-to-end recruitment, which includes:

  • Acting as the main recruiter for the clients assigned to you
  • Driving endorsements from the other team members
  • Sourcing of candidates through various channels while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Ensuring that candidates are logged in the ATS and their status is updated
  • Conducting interviews using various reliable recruitment tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Administering exams assessing candidates' communication skills, technical skills, and other relevant aspects as required by the role
  • Ensuring that candidates are compliant with pre-employment requirements
  • Assisting and monitoring the onboarding of candidates
  • Fulfilling a hiring target of 3 hires per month with a minimum total bill rate of 240,000 PHP

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with a main focus on IT and A&F requirements for clients in the IT, BPO, or shared services setup
  • Knowledge of the STAR Interview Response Technique
  • A Filipino living anywhere in the Philippines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Computer Science, IT, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Social Studies, or equivalent
  • Can start on or before March 31, 2025

Requirements

  • Work remotely for the most part
  • Join onsite engagement activities with the team 2-3 times a year
  • Automated job posting to multiple sourcing portals through our ATS
  • 5% to 10% commission on top of your monthly salary
  • Opportunity to work with the top firms in the Philippines
