Role Description
This role involves managing the People & Culture department in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Embrace the chaos of startup life while bringing structure to HR processes
- Build a department from the ground up
- Create remote-teams best practices
- Audit current processes and culture
- Engage with the team to develop a clear plan of actions for ongoing management and growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in People & Culture related roles
- Experience in remote companies HR/Culture or similarly scoped projects
- Strong knowledge of local and global laws and HR best practices
- Strong English communication skills
- Bonus: Speak Polish and/or French
- Bonus: Experience in setting up an HR department from the ground up
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Patience to embrace the chaos of a startup environment
- Willingness to explore new approaches and solutions
