What you will do -
Marketing and Advertising
- Develop and execute online marketing initiatives to attract target audiences
- Implement existing and new sourcing methods
- Research and choose advertising options
Business Development
- Set and achieve quarterly plans
- Collect data for insights and act on these
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of opportunity
Recruitment
- Identify and screen suitable prospects using defined criteria
- Provide a professional and personable customer experience
Training and Coaching
- Provide support, coaching and subject matter expertise to team members
- Work closely with the leadership team to maximise opportunities
- Engage with ongoing training and personal development
What we ask for
