Role Description

This role involves supporting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.

Source candidates from the existing talent pool and external job platforms and direct outreach.
Optimise candidate profiles to enhance their visibility and alignment with job opportunities.
Conduct and mediate interviews between candidates and clients as needed.
Perform thorough reference checks to verify candidate credentials and experience.
Post new job vacancies across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Manage candidate progression through application stages, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Address and respond to queries from clients and candidates, providing timely feedback.
Maintain regular check-ins with placed candidates to ensure a smooth transition and job satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in recruitment administration, HR, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
