Kandidaten: Interviews, Reporting und Pipeline-Management
Kommunikation: E-mails, Slack, LinkedIn Messaging
Perspektivisch: Active Sourcing und Recruiting Strategie

Qualifications

9-11h pro Woche Zeit, teilweise am Vormittag, teilweise am Nachmittag
Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Recruiting, Talent Acquisition oder Personal
Erfahrung mit Arbeit aus dem Home Office und die Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation
Lernbereitschaft, Transparenz und Selbstreflexion als Wertekompass inkl. einer optimistischen Persönlichkeit
