Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Manager to lead and manage our volunteer network, ensuring the effective execution of our programs and initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of volunteers to implement educational programs and community activities.
- Serve as a liaison between the NGO leadership and volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize and oversee educational events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Lead fundraising initiatives, build relationships with donors, and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain records, monitor project progress, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Social Work, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an NGO or a leadership role in a similar organization.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.
- Passion for social impact and commitment to working for a good cause.
