Role Description
This role involves joining our internal hiring team as a Junior Recruiter to help us grow.
- Review applications and pre-screen potential candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate soft skills
- Post and update job descriptions on job boards and social media
- Maintain a clear and organized candidate tracking in the ATS
- Support the hiring process from first contact to offer
- Communicate with candidates and answer their questions
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment or completed courses in the recruitment field
- Native Russian and confident English (B2–C1 level)
- Clear communication, friendliness, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized
- Curiosity and willingness to learn fast
- Interest in international hiring and remote work culture
