Role Description
This role involves supporting the seamless execution of key HR processes.
- Responsible for probation completion processes, ensuring timely evaluations, adherence to timelines and SOPs.
- Manage leave approvals, address employee queries, and ensure compliance with company leave policies.
- Assist in coordinating performance review cycles, data tracking, and employee feedback processes.
- Provide timely resolution of employee concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Handle employee separations, including documentation, exit interviews, clearance processes, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Support internal movements, ensuring a smooth transition process for employees.
- Liaise with external HR service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Support various administrative HR functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and HR tools.
