Role Description
This role involves managing HR processes and systems within the company.
- Transfer current processes from the main company
- Together with the CEO, build and form new processes in the company for HR (daily work)
- Set up and implement the HR management system
- Build a process of HR management
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding
- Work with HR documentation
- Have experience as a People Partner
Qualifications
- Knowledge of English (Upper - intermediate)
- Experience of working in HR position from 1.5 years
- Experience with HR systems (hibob, bambooHR, peopleforce, odoo, etc.)
