Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the area of Talent Acquisition, specifically focusing on international recruitment.

Manage and coordinate international recruitment in collaboration with our Master Vendor, including the selection of suitable recruitment channels
Drive our qualification offensive: screen and evaluate qualifications of already employed staff with foreign backgrounds, identify development potentials, and implement targeted measures for recognition and further qualification
Handle application procedures and other administrative formalities related to international recruitment
Establish a process, documentation, and reporting structure for international recruitment within the company, closely cooperating with adjacent departments such as HR Service Center or Legal

Qualifications

Experience in HR/Personnel, recruiting, educational institutions, authorities, expat management, or personnel service providers/Master Vendor/On Site Management with a focus on international recruitment and qualification
Solid knowledge and experience in handling immigration procedures and recognition of foreign qualifications
Strong organizational skills and the ability to structure and optimize complex processes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders at different levels
Fluent in German and good English skills
