Role Description
This role involves being a Global Talent Acquisition Partner within the People, Culture and Learning team at Journey to Freedom Consulting. It focuses on connecting with exceptional talents who align with the organization's vision and values.
- Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies that align with company goals.
- Partner with our program director to understand talent pools.
- Source and engage with top talent using various recruitment methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from talent sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and candidate experience.
- Access our library of mindset and self-image improvement e-courses, leadership development seminars to sharpen your skillsets.
- Utilize our automated CRM system to streamline the work flow.
Qualifications
- A strong belief in the value of continual growth and self-improvement.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to taking actions and achieving measurable results.
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role is a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition and sourcing strategies and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Dedicate 15-20 hours per week consistently to client engagement and professional development.
- Passion for coaching and developing individuals, with a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.
