Role Description
This role involves overseeing and optimizing compensation structures and benefits programs for our US-based client. This is a key role in ensuring competitive offerings that attract and retain top talent, while maintaining compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Design, implement, and manage compensation structures and benefits programs for US employees
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
- Oversee benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws (ACA, FLSA, ERISA, etc.)
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams on audits, reporting, and budgeting
- Provide guidance and support on compensation strategies during promotions, transfers, and new hires
- Manage annual benefits renewal, open enrollment, and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in US-based benefits and compensation management
- Strong knowledge of US labor and compliance regulations
- Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and benefits platforms
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in systems (ADP, Deltek, Paycor, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
