Role Description
We're on the lookout for a forward-thinking Tech Recruiter to join our dynamic team! If you're a sourcing expert with hands-on experience using AI-powered tools and strategies in recruitment, and you're excited about building hiring processes that are faster and smarter — we’d love to meet you.
- Freelance: B2B contract
- Hourly rate: 50–90 PLN net
- 100% remote, Polish time zone (UTC+2)
- Includes training budget
- Fast-paced recruitment cycles for urgent tech and leadership roles
- Please note: no paid holidays or sick leave
What you'll do:
- Source and recruit top tech talent (mobile, UX/UI, QA) as well as leadership and back-office roles
- Leverage AI tools and automation (e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, AmazingHiring, Fetcher, etc.) to speed up sourcing and screening
- Continuously test and implement new-generation recruitment platforms
- Use advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, Dribble, and through Boolean search
- Collaborate closely with Lidia, our experienced recruiter, to meet tight deadlines
- Lead and improve recruitment projects, conduct post-mortems, and train others in AI-powered recruiting methods
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in or for software houses
- Proven expertise in using AI-driven recruitment tools and staying ahead of sourcing innovation
- Solid hands-on experience in platform sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Dribbble, etc.) and Boolean search
- Deep understanding of the software house hiring landscape — how it moves, scales, and evolves
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset and readiness to challenge the status quo
- Ability to work independently and with full ownership
- Fluent English (C1)
