Role Description
By embodying our core purpose of customer obsession, driving innovation, and delivering excellence, the VP, Finance- Office of the CFO will help ensure that every touchpoint is meaningful and contributes to our mission of redefining the possibilities in healthcare. The VP will assist the SVP, Finance & Business Development in leading the new Office of the CFO department and will be responsible for client-facing support. The role requires a strong background in healthcare finance, proven experience driving operational efficiency, and the leadership capabilities to onboard and lead a team of talented professionals to continuously advance Ensemble Health Partner's position as a leader in healthcare. This role will include business travel, as needed, up to 20%.

Qualifications

Masterβs degree in healthcare management/administration or equivalent experience.

CPA/CFA preferred.

8+ years of experience in healthcare finance with a focus on clinical and operational performance.

7+ years of leadership experience.

Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, financial/reimbursement issues, and medical center/medical staff organizations.

Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean into process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.

Working knowledge of Epic preferred.

Exhibits executive presence and comfortably works with executives at all levels.

Demonstrates emotional intelligence while recognizing the needs of others.

Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with ability to clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas.
Requirements

This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs dictate.

This position pays between $218K - $270K based on experience, and is eligible for incentives.
