Role Description
As part of Intersect's Corporate Finance team, you'll manage daily cash positioning, liquidity tracking, payment processing, and accounts payable operations to support our growing clean energy asset portfolio. You'll drive operational precision across bank portals, treasury systems, and financial models, ensuring capital is deployed efficiently and securely. Working alongside finance, accounting, and development teams, you'll optimize cash management workflows, maintain robust internal controls, and support strategic liquidity forecasting. Your work directly strengthens Intersect's balance sheet execution, delivering long-run value as we scale utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, and data center power solutions.
Team Overview
This team plays a critical role in advancing Intersect's mission to accelerate the clean energy transition. The Corporate Finance team manages capital strategy, cash operations, and financial infrastructure to fund and sustain complex, large-scale energy projects. What You'll Do

Drive Daily Cash Operations and Liquidity Management

Perform daily cash positioning and consolidation across multiple bank accounts and legal entities using Kyriba and banking portals.

Maintain detailed short-term cash flow forecasts and liquidity models in Google Sheets to optimize daily working capital.

Execute Accounts Payable and Payment Processing

Manage invoice intake, approval workflows, and payment runs in Stampli, ensuring accuracy and timely vendor settlements.

Initiate and verify wire transfers, ACH payments, and internal book transfers in strict alignment with authorization policies.

Optimize Bank Account Administration and Compliance

Support bank account opening, account maintenance, signers updates, and portal user access management across financial partners.

Maintain audit-ready documentation and internal treasury controls across payment systems and banking activities.

Collaborate Across Corporate Finance and Accounting

Partner with Accounting during monthly and quarterly closes to reconcile cash activity and resolve bank discrepancies.

Identify opportunities to automate manual payment routines, streamline reporting, and improve system integrations.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, accounts payable, or financial operations.

Hands-on expertise using treasury management systems (Kyriba), AP automation tools (Stampli), and enterprise banking portals.

Strong financial modeling skills in Google Sheets and Excel, with demonstrated capability in cash positioning and flow forecasting.

High detail orientation and rigorous organizational habits when executing high-dollar financial transactions under fixed deadlines.

$112,000 - $130,000 (total compensation includes base salary + bonus in USD)
