Role Description

A typical day as a Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate might include:

• Conduct company-specific financial due diligence as our clients are looking at growing through acquisitions.
• Assist in preparation of financial models, due diligence and other materials used in presentations and as support for a deal.
• Assist in standardizing models, processes and procedures.
• Interact with clients and target companies explaining accounting, finance, tax, and operational risks and opportunities identified in diligence.
• Determine the scope of the next project.
• Attend regional and local networking events to promote Eide Bailly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in audit or transaction advisory services.
• Inquisitive with the ability to work through complex accounting and operational topics impacting business.
• Commitment to exceptional client service.
• Able to see the big picture and perform analytics to identify opportunities in the details.
• Able to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery and quality work.
• Interest in creating a professional network related to transaction advisory, private equity, and/or investment bankers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Compensation

Compensation: $90,000-$125,000. Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
