[Hiring] Trainee, Lease Accounting @JLL

Role Description

Join our team as a Trainee in Lease Accounting, where you will:

• Support analysts in preparation of recurring reports and analyses of Clients’ portfolio from an accounting perspective (IFRS 16 and ASC 842).
• Assist in client and team communication.
• Collect, validate, and verify data for the purposes of recurring reporting.
• Support analysts on ad hoc requests coming from internal and external Clients.
• Assist the team in daily work related to the accounting process on different Clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics or last year student.
• Communicative English (at least B2 level).
• Good knowledge of basic Excel formulas and functions like COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
• Attention to detail, accuracy & willingness to learn.
• Fundamental knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS 16) as a strong plus.

Requirements
