Role Description

This Technical Paraplanner position is ideal if you combine strong technical ability with the pace to meet deadlines and work effectively to KPIs.

• Provide end to end paraplanning support across a range of complex financial planning cases.
• Support Financial Planners where there are paraplanning capacity gaps.
• Focus on technical research, analysis, and suitability report writing.
• Support advisers with holistic financial planning and cashflow modelling.
• Work at pace, supporting experienced advisers who value strong paraplanning input delivered efficiently.
• Occasional travel to regional offices, fully expensed.
• Offers long term stability and exposure to complex planning scenarios.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Technical Paraplanner within financial planning.
• Strong technical knowledge with experience writing bespoke suitability reports for complex advice cases.
• Ability to work effectively to KPIs and deadlines.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Desirable: experience using modern paraplanning and cashflow systems.
