What You'll Actually Do

• Drive tax strategy for a balanced portfolio spanning business and individual clients
• Master complexity: review and manage intricate returns (partnerships, S-corps, C-corps, trusts, estates)
• Own engagements from planning through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and expectations
• Be a trusted advisor with ongoing tax planning and advisory for business owners and high-net-worth individuals
• Solve problems across federal, state, and multistate tax matters
• Build the team by mentoring and developing junior and senior tax professionals
• Stay current with industry-standard tax software and best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience (you know what excellence looks like)
• Current standing as a Tax Manager or proven Tax Supervisor ready for the next level
• Dual expertise in business and individual taxation
• Track record managing tax compliance projects and providing advisory services
• CPA or EA credential (non-negotiable)

Requirements

• Top 100 CPA firm background, familiarity with tax software platforms (nice to have)
