[Hiring] Task Force Director of Finance @Noble House Hotels & Resorts

Role Description

The Task Force Controller will provide interim financial leadership at a property by:

• Maintaining full control over accounting operations during periods of transition or vacancy.
• Overseeing month-end closing, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and USALI/GAAP.
• Analyzing hotel financial performance including P&L, cash flow, and operating metrics and presenting insights to property and corporate leadership.
• Training, mentoring, and supporting property accounting teams to ensure continuity and adherence to brand and company standards.
• Implementing and strengthening internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain audit readiness.

Please note: This role must be flexible with travel and available for on-site placement at hotel properties as needed, with assignment lengths varying.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Hotel Director of Finance in a decentralized accounting environment at a full-service hotel, closing the books down to cash.
• 3-5 years Director of Finance Experience within the Hotel/Resort Industry.
• High School Diploma Required.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or similar field preferred.
• Hands-on approach while also seeing the big picture.
• Eager to help department heads manage their costs through bottom-line training.
