[Hiring] Summer Intern - Invoice Support Specialist @Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC

Role Description

As an Invoice Support Specialist intern, you will invoice and analyze data within SAP and will perform administrative activities needed to ensure accurate invoices are sent to our clients. You will report to the Outage Support Services Invoicing Manager located at our Madison, PA location. This is a paid full-time remote position for the summer, May - August 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with Order to Cash related functionality
• Help with data analysis and communication regarding client purchase orders
• Help verify the cost-validation workflows
• Assist person responsible with data validation
• Assist team with report generation and analysis

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or human resources
• Completed Sophomore year of college
• Familiar with basic accounting formulas and terms
• Interested in data management and analytics
• Interested in working in a support organization (shared services, help desk, triage, ticketing)

Requirements

• The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $23.00 to $26.30 per hour.
