[Hiring] Staff Accountant / Finance Analyst @Toll Group

Role Description

• Inter-company reconciliation review, analysis and dispute resolution (30+ entities globally).
• Manage intercompany recharges.
• P&L Expense Account Analysis.
• Balance sheet and PL account reconciliations (as assigned).
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for STP processes.
• Reporting for finance team and sales team.
• Automation of reporting and processes.
• Other financial duties as required by the manager.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years in global forwarding or a large global organization (preferred).

Requirements

• Experience as a staff accountant or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of proper accounting procedures.
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.
• Experience with general ledger functions.
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
• Client (internal and external) focus with strong service ethic and skills.
• Methodical, planned and organized with high attention to detail and good time management.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding (preferred).
• Prior experience with Cargo Wise One (CW1) (preferred).
• Results-orientated and resilient.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Interpersonal / Communication skills.
• Team worker with a natural tendency towards collaboration.
