Role Description
We’re seeking a Staff Accountant who will contribute to client relationships, financial strategy, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Client Experience & Advisory Support

Assist with financial plans, portfolio reviews, meeting preparation, client reporting, and follow‑up activities.

Support advisors with client onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing service requests.

Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive service.

Operational & Compliance Excellence
-
Ensure client documentation, account records, and service activity align with regulatory and firm requirements.

Coordinate with custodians, internal operations teams, and compliance partners to support accurate execution.

Maintain organized client files, workflows, and service records to support audit and oversight needs.

Growth & Retention
-
Support business development initiatives through meeting preparation, reporting, and client communications.

Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and improve the overall client experience.

Contribute to retention efforts by delivering consistent, high‑quality service and follow‑through.
Qualifications
-
Required
-
2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related client service role.
-
Understanding of investment products, account structures, and financial planning concepts.
-
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Preferred
-
Series 7, 65, or 66 license (or ability to obtain).

CFP®, CFA®, or progress toward professional certification.

Requirements

Active FINRA licenses required or ability to obtain within agreed upon timeline after hire.
