Role Description

Follow established procedures to perform tasks and receive general guidance and direction to perform other work with substantial variety and varied complexity. Some judgment is required to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to apply to more complex assignments.

Qualifications

• Senior standing (May 2027 graduates) pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, or related field with a 3.5 cumulative GPA or higher.
• Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
• Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD).

Requirements

• Knowledge of fundamentals of accounting, finance, and equity valuation methodologies.
• Financial statement analysis and interpretation.
• Financial markets, equity securities, and key market drivers.
• Basic concepts, practices, and procedures of a professional office environment and the Equity Research function.
• Skill in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Research, data gathering, and analytical problem solving.
• Written and verbal communication, including the ability to summarize information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, identify trends, and explain key variances.
• Conduct company, industry, and market research using available data sources and online research tools.
• Prepare concise summaries of conference calls, research findings, and market developments.
• Create charts, graphs, and presentation materials to support research reports and recommendations.
• Manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with analysts, associates, and team members.
• Build and maintain professional working relationships while demonstrating strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
