[Hiring] Senior Workday Financials Analyst @In All Media Inc

Role Description

You will join a lean, high-performing Finance Solution Delivery team for a global leader in the recruitment and job-matching industry. The team is currently scaling its financial operations and needs a senior-level, versatile Workday Financials expert to provide critical capacity across multiple functional areas.

In this role, you won't just be maintaining systems—you will act as a strategic technical consultant, balancing production support with long-term, high-impact cloud architecture enhancements. Your contributions will directly optimize the global financial efficiency of a platform that connects millions of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Configuration: Provide hands-on configuration and robust support across multiple Workday Financials modules, specifically Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Business Assets.
• Strategic Solution Design: Balance day-to-day production support (troubleshooting defects and resolving issues) with long-term, project-based enhancements, prioritizing scalable, "clean" solutions over quick fixes to ensure overall platform health.
• Internal Consultation: Act as a technical consultant to core Finance and Accounting teams, translating complex business requirements into elegant system solutions.
• Backlog Management: Independently manage and prioritize a backlog of initiatives to rapidly improve system responsiveness and efficiency for major Finance stakeholders.
• Data-Driven Analytics: Leverage Workday reporting—and potentially Prism/Accounting Center—to extract and provide critical data-driven insights to the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Financials.
• Strong proven knowledge across multiple Financials domains, specifically Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Business Assets, along with an understanding of end-to-end financial processes within the platform.
• Demonstrated experience successfully balancing real-time production support with long-term project-based workflows.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, lean environment.
• Experience working in Agile teams and fully remote, distributed environments.
• Excellent communication skills for seamless daily collaboration and stakeholder management.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Practical experience with Workday Accounting Center and Prism Analytics.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations and advanced custom reporting.
• Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or advanced financial automation frameworks.
• Experience working within lean corporate structures with broad, cross-functional domain ownership.

Time Zone & Collaboration

The role requires close collaboration with teams aligned to Central Time (CT) and Eastern Time (ET). Since the end-client is based in the USA, a solid daily overlap with these regions is expected to participate in syncs and agile ceremonies.
