• Analyze federal and state tax law changes and translate them into software requirements.
• Partner with developers to ensure tax calculations remain accurate, compliant, and user-friendly.
• Validate tax return calculations and functionality through testing and quality review.
• Create technical documentation that supports software design, compliance, and client understanding.
• Contribute to strategic projects that enhance tax software solutions and customer experience.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams and end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of corporate or pass-through tax compliance, tax technology, and Corptax experience.
• CPA, Master's degree, or tax software industry experience.
• Experience leveraging AI-driven tools (e.g., generative AI, tax research platforms with AI capabilities, data analytics tools) to enhance tax research, technical analysis, and workflow efficiency.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Interest in leveraging technology to solve complex tax challenges.
• Flexibility to support critical filing season deadlines and business priorities.

Requirements

• Compensation is based on several factors, including location, skills, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this position is $98,880.92 to $109,729.11.
