[Hiring] Senior Tax Manager @Fiery

Role Description

As a Senior Tax Manager:

• Coordinate and manage US federal, state, and international income tax returns.
• Provide support for worldwide tax provisions.
• Work closely with finance and accounting teams in the US and India.
• Oversee US sales tax, VAT, and GST returns.
• Review transfer pricing arrangements.
• Support annual statutory tax provision calculations.
• Implement tax planning strategies.
• Coordinate responses to tax audits and notices.
• Stay updated on relevant tax legislation.
• Assist in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience.
• CPA and/or MST are required.
• Minimum seven years of tax experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or equivalent corporate tax department experience.
• Technical proficiency with US tax return compliance and tax provisions required.
• Experience with US international tax compliance, international tax, and transfer pricing highly desired.
• Experience with IFRS accounting for international tax issues a plus.
• Experience with SAP (or equivalent) helpful but not required.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment (desirable but not mandatory).
• Comfortable with ambiguity (desirable but not mandatory).

Compensation

The salary range for this position is USD $140K–$180K. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
