Role Description

The Revenue Cycle Senior Analyst will be responsible for establishing and executing a vision for the delivery of information and analytics to key stakeholders that elevates the organization’s financial and operational performance. A key responsibility in this role is back end acute operational support, such as:

• Working on the business acute back-end coordinator
• Acute back end KPI Scorecard
• Executive status
• Cash performance metrics
• Acute back end TIPS reporting
• Various reporting needs for Acute back end operations
• Acute back end project coordination/support
• Performance monitoring, analyst and notification

This position directs the capture, flow, and monitoring of Ensemble’s Acute Back End key initiatives, develops initiative tracking and trending tools for management, and establishes goals/objectives. This role will support and at times direct senior staff by assisting with resource planning and delegation work.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of job experience
• Proficiency with MS Access and Excel
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• Proficiency with Business Objects
• Proficiency with SQL
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean into process and technological improvements

Requirements

• Responsible for holding, leading, and attending routine meetings with various levels of stakeholders to drive needed outcomes
• Serves as the Working on the Business (WOTB) coordinator for Acute Back End Operations
• Compiles Acute Backend (BE) Scorecards and analyses it for appropriate action and for leadership review
• Create executive summaries based on data and initiatives
• Create net new reports as needed for operational performance
• Provide TIPS reporting, review and analysis and provide to leadership for alignment on next steps
• Support BE Operational leadership with centralized reporting needs and projects
• Coordinate/complete ad hoc requests from operations and executive leaders as needed
• Responsible for Acute Back End Engagement and Performance
• Analyze financial and business performance against key business metrics
• Identify and report financial/operational opportunities and cost savings measures
• Ensure effective monitoring and reporting controls are in place to improve performance
• Evaluation of current processes and tools and propose changes to drive efficiencies
• Coordinate operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project resources
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope
• Establish and maintain interdepartmental relationships with all stakeholders
• Perform risk analyses to minimize project risks
• Effectively communicate with project stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Prepare proformas regarding changes in service lines and/or staffing structure
• Anticipates executive leadership needs
• Informs executive leadership of potential operational problems
• Works with members of analytics to research data nuances
• Responsible for verification of the accuracy of the data being reported
• Analyzes variances and trends to identify problems and/or trends
