Role Description
The Pricing and Contract Administration Senior Analyst is responsible for implementation and accuracy of pricing for all US, Canada Facilities that are part of the AST business unit. This role provides support and information to STERIS Senior Management, Corporate Accounts, Sales, Marketing, and Site Operations and is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing Internal & External Audit Requests and preparing reporting that identifies patterns and trends to guide strategies best suited for growth and customer satisfaction. The Senior Analyst must have a working knowledge of AST contracts and be able to proactively identify opportunities to enhance STERIS pricing systems to meet evolving needs of the business.
This is a fully remote role requiring U.S. travel, approximately 5-15% travel annually, with occasional travel (about once every 1-2 months) to meet with Site Operations and attend pricing-related meetings.
What You'll Do as a Senior Pricing & Contracts Administration Analyst

Work as part of the Global Sales Operations Team to support and manage pricing inquiries.

Review pricing requests to ensure compliance with STERIS pricing policies and existing contracts.

Develop and maintain work instructions for the department.

Create ad hoc reports and utilize STERIS information systems to support pricing and contract data needs.

Provide recommendations and subject matter expertise to support proposed special pricing situations and promotions.

Collaborate with STERIS Business systems and Transformation Team to develop solutions for special pricing and contract initiatives.

Provide training support to Site Operations regarding Pricing Administration.

Propose modifications to processes and systems to gain efficiencies and meet evolving business needs.

Proactively identify reporting opportunities for advanced analytics to enhance STERIS pricing systems.

Coordinate and participate in special projects.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree required.

4+ years of experience in Customer Service or analytical role required.

2+ years of experience with a CRM required.

Advanced proficiency in Excel required.

Residency in the U.S. Eastern Standard time (EST) zone.
