Role Description
This is not a traditional accounting role. As Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting & Integrations, you will lead the revenue accounting function inside a rapidly scaling, private-equity-backed healthcare platform. You will own the full revenue cycle—from provider commissions and labor cost accounting to order-to-cash reconciliation—while driving automation, building scalable processes, and ensuring ASC 606 compliance across a growing multi-site portfolio.
This role combines deep technical accounting expertise with operational leadership and a builder’s mindset. You will partner directly with the CFO, FP&A, Corporate Development, and operations leaders to ensure financial infrastructure keeps pace with rapid growth—including multiple acquisitions per year.
If you’re energized by driving process improvement, leading integrations, and building a high-performing team within a fast-growing organization, this role is an exceptional fit.
