[Hiring] Senior Manager, Pricing & Contracting Operations @Corcept Therapeutics

Role Description

The Senior Manager, Pricing & Contracting Operations is responsible for the execution, administration, compliance, and reporting activities associated with commercial contracting and government pricing programs. This role partners with various departments to ensure accurate contract implementation and compliance with federal and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Government Pricing & Rebate Operations
  • Oversee and validate monthly and quarterly government pricing calculations prepared by external consultants.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of government pricing data to CMS, HRSA, and other government agencies.
  • Support Public Law and other applicable federal pricing and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate responses to government pricing audits and inquiries.
  • Manage Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, Medicare, and TRICARE invoice processing and reconciliation.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to develop and maintain rebate accrual methodologies.
• Contract Operations
  • Partner with various departments to administer payer and distribution services agreements.
  • Manage contract implementation activities to ensure accurate loading of pricing and contract terms.
  • Ensure timely communication of Wholesale Acquisition Cost (WAC) changes to stakeholders.
• Pricing & Contracting Administration and Compliance
  • Develop and maintain records, SOPs, and control documentation supporting pricing and contracting decisions.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained for government pricing calculations and audits.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• State Transparency Price Reporting
  • Manage timely state drug price transparency reporting for product launches and price increases.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a key liaison between various departments and external consultants.
  • Support product launch planning by ensuring operational readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and data integrity.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives related to pricing strategy and compliance programs.
  • Model and promote Corcept’s key principles to build a culture of accountability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience with government pricing programs including Medicaid Drug Rebate Program and Medicare reporting.
• Knowledge of state transparency reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting SOX controls and compliance documentation.
• Experience with pharmaceutical contract management systems.
• MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced degree or certification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing, market access, or related functions.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical contracting and reimbursement channels.
• Experience managing relationships with government pricing consultants.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Benefits

• The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $155,000 - $205,110.
