Role Description

The Senior Treasury Operations Manager is responsible for North American operational Treasury activities, with a primary focus on:

• Cash management
• Liquidity optimization
• Reporting and control governance

This role oversees:

• Daily cash positioning
• Liquidity forecasting
• Bank account administration
• Banking structures
• Transaction processing
• Compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

In addition to the core treasury operations, the role manages:

• Treasury components of U.S. and global pension plans
• Contribution funding
• Benefit disbursements
• Coordination with pension trustees, actuaries, and asset managers

It requires close collaboration with cross‑functional partners to support strategic initiatives and continuous process improvements.
