As a Loan Support Analyst Sr - Specialty within PNC's Agency Servicing organization, you will be based in Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; East Brunswick, NJ; or in Pittsburgh, PA.
Hours for this role are Monday β Friday, 8:00 am EST β 5:00 pm EST.

Strongly preferred qualifications include experience supporting Agency and Commercial Lending products, with particular emphasis on syndications.

Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and apply credit agreements.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, formula creation, accrual calculations, spreadsheet analysis, and manual calculations when required.

This role influences partners and lines of business to drive effective solutions and positive outcomes, often navigating escalations independently or with minimal manager involvement.

Participates in coaching and training initiatives; contributes to maintaining accurate procedures and job aids; represents the team on organizational or cross-functional projects.

Communicates professionally and independently with customers and internal partners, addressing business as usual challenges, escalating issues appropriately, and independently problem solving.

Requires a strong end-to-end understanding of Commercial loan processing, systems, and associated impacts.

Identifies potential risks, gaps, and control weaknesses within processes to support continuous improvement and operational integrity.

Services Commercial Agent loans, and reviews complex servicing events such as paydowns, amendments, syndication activity, and reconciliations.

Requirements

Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
