Role Description
As a Lending Transaction Associate Sr, within PNC's EF Documentation Direct organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial loan and lease transactions from documentation through closing and post-closing, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Review approved transaction structures and prepare complex financing documentation.

Coordinate closely with internal business partners, customers, vendors, legal counsel, and other external parties to facilitate timely execution and funding.

Proactively monitor transaction pipelines to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met.

Identify and resolve documentation issues, exceptions, and potential risks, escalating concerns as appropriate.

Oversee document execution, validate funding readiness, and complete closing and post-closing activities.

Maintain accurate transaction records and systems, ensuring all required documentation is obtained and properly retained.

Support operational excellence through process improvement initiatives.

Assist with training and mentoring less experienced team members.

Deliver a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate should be comfortable managing multiple transactions and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment, reviewing detailed documentation with a high degree of accuracy, and collaborating effectively with a broad range of internal and external partners.

Requirements

University/college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience.

Standard computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.

Prior commercial lending, equipment finance, loan documentation, leasing, banking operations, or similar transaction-processing experience preferred.

Experience with commercial lending and equipment finance platforms such as ACBS, LeaseWave, NextGen, CapitalStream, DocuSign, or comparable systems preferred.
