Role Description
The Treasury team is built on trust, teamwork, and collaboration. We are looking to build a best-in-class global insurance program that will not only safeguard Client but provide the necessary insurance risk services to the rest of the company by:

Providing access to Client teams with the necessary insurance support to meet overall business goals.

Collaborating with cross functional teams to identify additional risks and ensure appropriate coverage is in place.

Continuous improvement on processes and procedures to adapt to changing environments.

Dealing with sensitive information with utmost care.
About the role - you will:

Manage collection and preparation of underwriting documentation for policy placements, domestic and international.

Prepare premium estimates for annual budget process, update quarterly dashboard for upper management, and provide ad hoc reporting as requested.

Ensure insurance related payments are accurate, made in a timely manner, and properly allocated.

Review insurance requirements for customer and supplier contracts in support of the Assistant Treasurer as needed.

Issue certificates of insurance as requested per contractual requirements.

Be responsible for updating and maintaining insurance files in a timely manner, including updated policy information, paid invoices, claims details, and all insurance related correspondence.

Act as the primary administrator for insurance related systems, responsible for maintaining site data, users, and enhancing reporting capabilities.

Support activities of the Assistant Treasurer, attorneys, or others with various insurance claims as required.

Assist in placement of coverage as may be appropriate for special situations, i.e., cargo shipments, bonds.

Assist on other projects as needed.
Qualifications

Broad training in a related professional field or acquired through college-level education, bachelor's degree in business or related degree.

Significant job-related experience with corporate insurance programs (global programs a plus).

Positive, proactive individual with excellent problem solving and analysis skills.

Customer focused, dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; establishes and maintains effective relationships.

Ability to work independently within parameters set by management and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain insurance policies and concepts in writing and verbally.

Ability to undertake and concurrently manage multiple tasks.

Must be able to handle sensitive related and proprietary information in a confidential manner.

Must maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, and skills.
Requirements
-
Broad corporate insurance program experience including policy renewal data gathering and preparation.

Maintained insurance records of insurance policies, claims, and all insurance related documentation.

Reviewed contractual insurance requirements and appropriately assessed risks to the business, providing guidance and support in line with overall corporate risk philosophy.

Working knowledge of the following areas:

Online broker and underwriter systems, RMIS experience a plus.

Basic ERP knowledge (SAP).

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Tableau.

Broad understanding of corporate insurance programs and concepts:

General liability.
-
Property.
-
D&O policies.
-
CPCU and/or ARM designations.
