Role Description

Kyndryl is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Financial Statements (FS) Preparer to join our Statutory Accounting organization in Bratislava. In this role, you will:

• Lead and oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of statutory financial statements across a diverse portfolio of EMEA entities.
• Ensure full compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and corporate reporting standards.
• Act as a key liaison between statutory accounting, corporate finance, and external audit partners.
• Drive accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in all statutory reporting activities.
• Utilize deep technical accounting expertise and strong coordination skills across global teams.

The salary range starts at 2300 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with Big 4 auditors or large multinational companies.
• Exposure to cross-border statutory audits and group consolidation processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement or automation initiatives.
