[Hiring] Senior Financial Analyst @BJC HealthCare

Role Description

The ideal candidate will provide financial analysis and reporting support through:

• Trend analysis
• Forecasting
• Budget-to-actual variance reviews
• Budget development
• Business intelligence research
• Maintenance of decision support databases

They will partner closely with hospital and operational leaders to:

• Analyze labor-to-volume metrics
• Monitor key financial performance indicators
• Identify drivers of financial results

The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between corporate finance and hospital leadership, effectively interpreting, translating, and communicating complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills to support informed decision-making and drive operational and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business/related field
• 2-5 years of experience
• No supervisory experience required

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Accounting/Business/related field (preferred)
• 5-10 years of experience (preferred)
• CPA certification (preferred)
