[Hiring] Senior Finance Business Analyst @University of Arkansas System

Role Description

This position serves as the Workday Sr. Finance Business Analyst on the Finance/Procurement Workday Support Services team. Reporting to the Finance/Procurement Lead, this position will support various areas within Workday Finance based on project needs and priorities.

• Complete hands-on functional and technical project activities.
• Provide guidance to campus resources for the areas assigned to enhance.
• Demonstrate and explain key product features.
• Document requirements and design.
• Provide knowledge transfer to the campuses and peers.
• Configure the corresponding functionality and assist in testing.
• Support the roll-out of solutions.
• Recommend solutions to System requirements.
• Manage the design of cross-application solutions.
• Escalate issues/risks as necessary.

Qualifications

• The educational equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• At least three years of experience working within the area of finance.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and complex initiatives.
• Must be able to work collaboratively and travel to campuses as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred).
• Proficient in multiple financial areas such as procurement, budgets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc. (preferred).
• Significant experience assessing, revising, implementing, and supporting business processes related to finance (preferred).
• Experience with change management related to large enterprise system deployments (preferred).

Benefits

• Salary: $80,000.
